CCI defines executive development as:
A professional, confidential and honest relationship between a client, an organization and a coach that enables open exploration of the client's barriers to overcome and strengths upon which to build. Ultimately, this will lead to sustained peak performance and career satisfaction for the client and success for the organization.
Executive Development Programs
CCI's fully-customized executive development programs have a dual responsibility to ensure that (1) organizational goals and expectations are met and (2) the client is given the tools needed to achieve optimal performance. Engagements, typically lasting three to six months depending on the clients needs, focus on changing self-defeating behaviors and strengthening the core competencies required for leadership success. Engagements consist of a combination of any of the following, depending on the needs of the client: on-line multi-rater feedback tools (360 degree and self-assessment), group and individual feedback sessions, written development plans, executive forums and classroom sessions. At the conclusion of the program, we provide individual follow-up designed to support continued client growth and development tied into organizational goals.
