At CCI we know the power of the collective thought process and how to create a solid working group. Many of our Organizational Development colleagues have expressed a desire and see a real need to come together regularly with colleagues to exchange ideas and in a confidential environment focus on solutions for common issues facing the OD leader in today’s rapidly changing business environment.

We have seen the need and decided to fill it. Therefore, starting in March of 2005, CCI will host and facilitate the Los Angeles OD Leaders Network.
