Goal: Design and deliver practical results oriented programs
for managers and employees tailored to the companies unique needs.
Engagement: CCI teamed with ARCO University to provide fully
customized management and leadership development courseware. CCI also provided
onsite facilitators to run training programs for the management and leadership
programs offered across the university's departments.

COAST FEDERAL BANK - CCI's change management and customer service
training expertise helped this bank during a merger, transition employees into a
new corporate culture.
Goal: Provide the consulting expertise to effectively
transition employees and operating systems to new systems during a merger.
Engagement: CCI was hired to review and evaluate the customer service function at Coast Federal Bank and to make process improvement recommendations. Once those recommendations were completed, CCI was instrumental in implementing many of the human capital changes that were necessary when the bank decided to change operating systems. In addition, CCI trained, designed and facilitated "core values training" for hundreds of front line employees.
Result: Increased productivity and seamless customer service

AMGEN - CCI coaches Amgen's senior leaders to higher levels of
productivity.
Goal: Create meaningful executive performance plans using
multi-rater feedback and one-to-one coaching.
Engagement: CCI teamed with Amgen internal experts to build a global "values assessment and coaching approach," designed to provide some consistent coaching support to their senior leaders. Hundreds of senior-level executives participated in the engagement, followed by voluntary short-to long-term executive coaching.
Result: The coaching engagements have had a long-lasting, positive effect on enhancing the company's team-based environment.
DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH SERVICES (Los Angeles County) - CCI facilitates service excellence training to help this large healthcare organization compete in an evolving industry
Goal: Design and administer a fully customized service
excellence program for managers and employees.
Engagement: The rapidly-changing healthcare industry presented this organization with unique opportunities and challenges around improving the delivery of services for front line employees and managers. CCI designed and then facilitated service excellence training for managers and front line employees at this healthcare organization.
Result: Hundreds of managers and employees have since completed the training and follow up data has shown that service has been significantly improved.
