Formed in 1996 as an LLC, CCI expanded it services to include a larger coaching line of business and to include 360-degree feedback processes into our existing training and organizational development offerings. At that time our offices were moved from downtown Los Angeles to the Westside while gaining a client list from both the Public Sector as well as Fortune 500 companies.

CCI services now include Executive, Management and Employee Training as well as Organizational Development Services, Curriculum Development, Employee Assessment, Succession Planning and Performance Management Consulting Services.
